Sunset Lodge fishing update

45" Muskie from Flat Lake

Fishing has been steady on Red Lake even if the weather hasn't.  Actually the weather has been steady - seems to rain at bit each day.....  of course rain means, overcast and a walleye chop so bound to have good fishing.  Kevin & Mark ventured to Flat Lake one day and landed this beaut of a Muskie.  Jeff P. was tossing his own brand of muskie chews and landed his personal best northern at 45".  Deb L. brought in a 29" walleye only to be outdone by Mikey at 29 1/2".  Still waiting on Mikey's photo (hint).  Even though we have had rain the docks at Sunset Lodge are not under water like last year; right now lake levels are about normal.
